Can I trust the verdicts?
Every safe, caution or not-safe verdict comes from an official source and shows you that source, the date it was verified and a confidence level, so you can judge it yourself. When sources disagree, the more cautious one wins. Internet opinions are never part of the answer.
How fresh is the information?
The data updates continuously, and every verdict carries its own verification date, so you always see how current it is.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Download your destination before you fly and the verdicts, the map and the directions all keep working with zero signal. Packs exist for thousands of cities, and you can request one for a city that has none yet.
Is the water information really free?
Yes, and it stays that way. Safety information is never behind the paywall, and neither is the map of refill points and shops. Premium adds offline packs and navigation, not answers.
What if my city has no data?
Then the app says so, plainly, and gives you the country-level picture instead of invented precision. Coverage grows every week.
Does the app track me?
No. There is no account and no tracking. Anonymous usage counters exist only if you turn them on, and they cannot identify you. Your location is used to find water near you, and we keep no history of it. If you opt in to the counters and no covered place is near you, only the name of that city is counted. The one thing our server does recognise is a Premium download: the app sends a random id it made for itself so we can check the subscription and cap how much one copy can download.
